Why am I not receiving notifications?

First, be sure to check your spam and junk folders to be sure any emails have not ended up there. If you’re sure you aren’t receiving notifications:

  1. Click your name in the upper right hand corner of your screen to access your User Profile
  2. Click Settings and make sure:
    1. "Accept Email Messages" is enabled
    2. The appropriate notification types are are enabled
If this is done and you’re still not getting them, contact us. If you are not receiving notifications regarding successful registration or payment, contact us, as these notifications cannot be turned off
