Something’s come up and I can’t make an event—can I still get a refund?

Refunds are at the sole discretion of the event organizer.  The organizer of the event dictates the cancellation policy and has the ability to offer refunds.  To find the cancellation policy for an event, head to the last page of your registration where it is stored.  

In the event that you would like to ask for an exception to the policy, please contact the organizer of the event directly.  Their contact information can be found in the footer of this page.

In the event that you cancelled and the policy states that you were supposed to get a refund but the refund didn't occur, please leave us a message or send us a chat below.
