I was overcharged
We’re sorry about that! Contact us with “I was overcharged” in the subject line, along with which event you attended or plan to attend and how much you anticipated paying. We will respond immediately to sort out the difference and issue you a refund, as appropriate.
If you have registered for an event that charges at gate check-in that has not yet occurred, then you have not been charged yet. To change your registration total, you can do so by editing your registration.
