If you didn’t receive a credit and you think you should have, contact us with the credit amount you’re expecting and the organization it’s coming from.
If you have a credit and it isn’t appearing on your registration or won’t apply to your total first, be sure that the credit you have matches the same organization of the event you’re registering for. If your credit is for Track A and you are registering for an event at Track B, the credit will not appear.
If your credit does match, contact us with the credit amount you’re expecting to apply and the event you’re registering for.
